Group Fitness

Our group fitness program is designed to take your fitness to the next level.  Our instructors always design our group fitness sessions allow you to work to your level and at your pace.

They are as follows:

Boxing for Fitness: COMING BACK ON 29/4.   An incredible workout based on authentic boxing moves, improves cardiovascular fitness and overall muscle tone.  Heaps of fun for all all levels!

Sculpt It: a fantastic strength and conditioning workout designed to help you get strong, lean, and sculpt your body!  Learn how to lift weights safely and effectively.  All fitness levels!

Fitness Warrior: a brilliant outdoor style workout conditioning the body and the mind!  Incorporates tyres, battle ropes, Kettle bell workouts and more!  All fitness levels.

Metafit: a high intensity body weight HIIT session that will rev up your metabolism!  All fitness levels welcome.

Run Club/Team Training (events): running or walking, all are welcome to join the Sunday session as we laugh, run and enjoy a coffee or two after this great workout.  During our Challenges, this training session incorporates strength and conditioning exercises and can go for 1hr to 1hr 30min.  All levels welcome!
