WATER FIT: An awesome, fun, wet, cardio class. No, it's not aqua aerobics! It's a HIIT class with a difference! Low impact, suitable for all fitness levels.
METAFIT/HIIT: a high intensity body weight HIIT session that will rev up your metabolism! All fitness levels welcome.
YOGALATES: A beautiful combo of yoga stretches with pilates style core exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.
12 WEEK WOMEN'S STRENGTH PROGRAM: A tailored 12 Week Strength Program for women who want to step up their strength training, and gain next level results! Learn how to do more advanced lifts, train more effectively, get leaner, and stronger! Very limited numbers!
