Hi I'm Sam.  I am the owner and lead trainer at Eumundi Fitness.  I am a mum of two, teacher and Personal Trainer.  I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2004 (AIF) . I am very passionate about empowering women to say yes to a rich life!   My own hobbies include; running middle distance, bodysculpting and surfing.

Hi I'm May.  I’m a mum of four, I’m married and I live in Maroochydore.

I lost touch with myself since having my last baby. When you have babies after babies -I had put on a lot of weight. Not only I wasn’t happy with my body, I wasn’t happy with myself emotionally. I lacked self confidence.

I decided enough was enough and started to take control and mend where needed. First was my fitness. At first fitness was all about dropping the baby weight. Then it became about mindset and how it makes me feel. Fitness saved my life, it saved me from hating myself, it gave me a different outlook, it clears my mind, it gives me time to just be me. The rest is a bonus.

I lost over 35 kilos and become a personal trainer. I want to be able to help people to become the best version of themselves whether it’s through physically changing themselves or changing the way they look at themselves. 🌻

Hi I'm Sarah. I have been lucky enough to get experience in the gym with the Sunshine Coast Lightning netball team and the Sunshine Coast Rugby League Falcons under 20’s. So I have a lot of knowledge and experience in the elite environments but there is a lot of training styles that will integrate well to you lovely ladies to make you as strong and healthy as you can!!

Personally I used to play netball very seriously until I got a neck injury of which I have been suffering with chronic neck pain for the last 4 years. So I am very passionate about making sure everyone’s body’s are ready for whatever life throws at us and that we have a strong foundation! As well as making sure we deal with all injuries correctly and that once we are given the all clear we really focus on strengthen our weaknesses.
